A small, family-run car rental company with no airport counter. After making an online reservation in advance, you can go directly to the airport parking building to pick up the car. Service staff will be waiting in the parking lot according to the reservation time. Our car rental plan includes a full set of insurance, so no deposit or credit card is required. The payment was withheld, the process of picking up the car was fast, and the car was in good condition. Because there is no counter, you only need to drive the car back to the agreed location in the parking lot building when returning the car, which is easier and faster than other car rental companies. The service staff are very friendly. I will definitely choose this car rental company next time I come back.

Booking on the website went completely smoothly. The prices were sometimes significantly cheaper than the competition. We chose an automatic vehicle in the C4 category. To be on the safe side, we chose the premium version including all insurance. The handover took place on the 4th floor of the airport parking garage. A very friendly employee was waiting there and, after checking the papers, handed us the key to our car. We were informed that the car was only 1/4 full and that we should return it with the same level. We also received the parking ticket for the car, which still had to be paid. The car was an almost new Citroen C4 with 15,000km and no damage. Only the interior was quite dirty and smeared with cream fingers. But we cleaned it at the gas station and started our vacation. The return was also problem-free. You park the car in a certain area on the 3rd floor of the parking garage and, after locking the car, throw the key through the slightly open window. That was it then. All in all, we would book with Vima again at any time.

Picking up and dropping off (only parking) was fast and easy. The car (peugeot 3008) was cool, we loved it.

Everything was great, the car had cca 14.500 km and we picked up on airport. You will pay parking behind the car, which will be waiting on you - we paid 4.4 euro

We pre-reserved a VW Polo size model (just the size, not the model) and got a new Peugeot 208 with 29,000 km. The car was in top condition and very clean. It had 2-3 small scratches that were noted on the report. Since we had the fully comprehensive package, she said we didn't have to look at everything together because it didn't matter anyway. The car ran very reliably. Returning it was also pretty easy because we only had to lower the windows on the driver's seat about 2cm to throw the keys in. We'd love to come back next time.
Completely hassle-free processing, personal and transparent. Car in perfect condition, booked additional “child seat” option taken into account, no problems with collection and return. The only thing that doesn't have to be paid for is the parking ticket on the day of collection. It feels a bit strange to throw another €5 into the machine on a €400 rental agreement. But if everything is stated beforehand, there is no problem.

When we dropped off at the airport parking garage, line G was full, so we parked the vehicle in line H, and a very friendly young woman came straight away and took the vehicle key. She asked whether everything was OK or whether there were any problems: exemplary - really great!!!Thank you very much - and if we go to Mallorca again in a remote region - we will definitely rent the vehicle here.

Excellent atention. Rear-facing seats for the children and on top of that they gave us a higher-end car because we didn't have the one we had requested (asking beforehand). It had been recommended to us and it was better than expected.
We order Citroen C5 Aircross and get almost new car, which was a great setup (navi, rear view camera and etc.) and for excellent price. Car pick up and return was easily near air port. Good luck VIMA Rent.
Best Car Rental Experience in Mallorca. Easy booking, top e-mail contact (all questions were answered immediately). Easy Pick Up and Return to Airport. Also best price i found for all inklusive Insurance with no deposit from Credit Card necessary, we could pay Cash at the Car Pick Up. Brand new Car wich had only runned 8000km so far. Also the Seconds Driver was included without extra costs. Next Year again, thanks.

We booked our rental car there for the second time and were not disappointed again. Slightly cheaper than the big players, also new vehicles (less than 7000 km on the clock), uncomplicated, very friendly and what is really crucial for us: fast processing!!!After the notification of the exact time of arrival, an employee will already be waiting to hand over the vehicle in the opposite multi-storey car park.It is also returned in the parking garage - again without waiting or long queues and complicated handover procedures. Great car rental, definitely recommend.PROS:- car was new, clean, nice one.- return is hassle free- you just drop the car in the parking in front of arrivals, easy.CONS:- Had to pay for the airport parking, that´s pretty unfair as I had to pay a near 2 hours ticket for something I did not use.- The instructions on how to pickup the car at the airport was not stated on the email I have received, I was lucky that a friend told me as he collected the car a few hours before me.In general, it´s a great car rental and I will definitely rent with they again when back in Mallorca. 🙂
Amazing service from start to finish - highly recommend!! Big name companies were quoting extremely high prices for 10 days hire, less well known names had very mixed reviews & evidence of poor customer service. Vima had great reviews & a great all inclusive price so thought we'd give them a go especially as they were a local company. We were not disappointed! Practically brand new hybrid car, effortless collection (watch their video so you know where to go) & return (read instructions so you know where & how to leave vehicle). Get almost new car - it was like 7.8k km. Clean and ready to trip. The procedure before rent takes 10 minute max. Very pleasant and friendly stuff. And the main plus - rent price. Thanks to Vima’s team, hope some day we will back to Mallorca again and rent your car!

Superb experience! After reading all the reviews I decided to rent from VIMA and couldn't be happier. Everything was smooth, booking on their website, car pick-up (clear instructions in the video), the lady even spoke czech.You can pay for the parking using your card, which is great, I usually don't have much cash with me.The car was new (6000km) and obviously in perfect condition. We took the Premium package with No Excess, even took the Extra Insurance as well, for our peace of mind. Very reasonable prices. Will definitely rent from VIMA next time in Mallorca.

We had a great experience with Vima Rent a Car. We booked a classic Fiat 500 and they gave us a nice Cabrio one. On our arrival they were waiting for us with the keys and everything went very fast and professional. The car was great, very clean and well functioning. We were so happy that we chose Vima and not the big car rental companies in Mallorca as the waiting line in the big companies was huge and we were done with receiving our car in just a couple of minutes with Vima. We recomand it 100% and we will use them for sure again in Mallorca. Thank you!PS: I will leave here a photo of the car, even if it was taken on the day of the returning so is kind of dusty....
Excellent car rental service. Great price (with full insurance), car was new (with 13000km, no rattles, everything worked) and clean, convenient and fast pick-up and drop-off at the airport, no hassle whatsoever at any point. Booking was super easy and they have a very transparent website. We paid when we picked up the car. The person giving us the keys spoke good english, instructions were clear. One nitpick would be that we were a bit confused by email instructions about where to pick up the car, it was not very clear that they mean the Meeting Point (instructions said something like “behind the glass doors to the right”), but that might just be us. If you want to rent a car, support this local company, they are great.

VIMA were fantastic. You just wander out of the airport to the car park which is a 2-minutes walk away and exacly as shown in the video they forward to you. You then meet their representative for a simple, quick handover with no queues. The car is exactly the model ordered, exactly where decribed, immaculate, and in our case with only just over 1km miles. The return was diconcertingly simple too. No huge deposit or any surprise additions when collecting or returning the car. Just a grateful thankyou and a request for a review capturing our experience. They were very competative too. I took a chance with a smaller company after reading reviews.I'm glad I did they were superb.Good friendly but very professional service. the car I hired was too big for me (my error) they swapped it without question and no charge. the pick up and drop off easy. but is at the terminal carpark so a bit further away. but was not an issue really for me..they have a you tube link showing u exactly where to go.The cars are excellent condition new clean.value for moneyi would definitely use again

I'm happy that I could support this local business and got the sufficient service I expected. They don't have big shining stands like Europcar or Sixt and have to stand in a corner of the airport hall, but are pretty well organized.They offer full insurance to make it easier to pick up and return the cars, with no need to check every centimeter for previous damages.The car I had was a new one with everything I insisted to have, including Cruise Control and Lane Assist.
It was our first time renting a car and I’m glad that it was with Vima Car. Everything was so smooth. Watch the video, get the car on the 4th floor of the Terminal Park, enjoy the beautiful Mallorca, come back and leave it on the 3rd floor…That’s how easy this whole experience was. We went for premium pack and it was 40€ per day for a brand new Fiat 500 which is the best price/value rate over all other companies (if you add full coverage/insurance it’s always more expensive on the other big companies around 60€ and they are mostly with scam comments about how they are tricking people and finding scratches on the car and charging you out of nowhere…). There was no fear of that with premium pack of Vima Car. There is no need for credit card, also. We will come back to heavenly Mallorca and we will definitely use Vima Car again!
