– It is necessary to indicate your place of stay in Colonia de Sant Jordi (complete address) or the name of the hotel in order to make the reservation and pick-up.

Greeted by very friendly and helpful staff at the meeting point at the airport. Connected our mobile phones etc to the bluetooth etc. Car was very nice and in good order too. No daft hidden add ons at pickup either. Recomended

They send us all the informations which was necessary to find them (picrures and videos), the car pick-up and drop-off was super smooth. They were very kind and helpful. And the car was clean, and in a good condition. We absolutely offer this company to hire a car in Mallorca!

This was probably the best experience I have had with a car rental. Contrary to other companies, the pick up was painless. No lines, no agents trying to upgrade your contract. Had a super nice representative who registered me within 5 minutes. With 2 kids this makes a world of difference. They provide video instructions to the meeting point which are really helpful. The car was great and the one I actually asked for. It was a little more expensive than the low cost ones upfront but completely worth it for the peace of mind and reliability. Such a pleasant experience! Will definitely be using them again!

I rented a car through VIMA for my trip to Mallorca, but the booking process was unclear and didn't make it obvious that I was reserving a manual car. When I realised my mistake I was outside their 48-hour window for making changes.
As I can't drive a manual, I contacted them to see if I could switch to an automatic. The only option offered was a €350 upgrade to a Mercedes, which was far more expensive than I needed and not a reasonable alternative. They refused to offer any partial refund, leaving me unable to use the car I'd booked.
In the end, I had to rent an automatic from another company at additional expense. I would recommend Europcar instead, as I had a much better experience with them.

Honestly the best car hire experience I've had. Only had to worry about not loosing the key with the extra cover option. Pick up was so simple, had the keys and were away within 3 minutes, just a short walk out of the terminal and you walk by all the other queues for the larger companies making you certain you made the right decision. Drop of again was so simple, less than a minute to meet a vima representative and hand the keys over and off to our flight. Amazing service.

I had a very disappointing experience with this car rental company. When I collected the car, I was clearly told that I had to return it to a member of staff at the same location. However, when I arrived to return the vehicle, there was no one there. I waited for a while, tried to figure out what I was supposed to do, and wasted a lot of time because I had not been given any instructions for an unattended return.
To make matters worse, I was later charged an additional €39 for the key return, even though the situation was entirely due to their lack of information and poor organisation. If I had been properly informed in advance, I would have followed the correct procedure.
Good customer service starts with clear communication, and unfortunately this company failed at that. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Truly the best car rental experience I have had, out of many. The customer care is second to none with prompt responses to every communication. They’ve thought through details to make the process as smooth as possible. Highly recommend this option of renting a car.
