Have used the company twice for cars now. Always very good service. Videos are supplied to show you where to pick up and drop off the vehicles which is great. Really quick to get the vehicle once arrived too! My only quibble is I paid €35 extra for the week for GPS. There wasn’t any and we just linked our Google maps through CarPlay. I should have mentioned it at drop off but was in a rush. Would definitely use again and definitely recommend!

5-star experience with VIMA Rent a Car Mallorca! I highly appreciate that we could book the car in February without any advance payment, and everything went smoothly without any unpleasant surprises. The car was brand new and impeccable (Cupra Formentor and we got a hybrid). The entire staff was polite, helpful, and paid great attention to details. Everything is 100% transparent: what is stated in the offer is exactly what you get. Having a contact number available at all times gives great peace of mind. An amazing company that I highly recommend. We will definitely come back!

I highly recommend this company. I picked up the car after office hours, and everything was very well organized. Clear instructions on how to pick up and return the car were provided. All paperwork was completed online, and communication with the staff was very professional.

The staff ia very kind, the process of renting the car was very easy, the car was a VW Taigo automatic, easy to drive, clean and spacious. I want to thank the entire VIMA team for help, everything was perfect and made our journey more pleasant. Very easy process, I really appreciated the short video guides about the pick up and drop down. The car itself was also fantastic and fully equipped (radar, camera, apple carplay etc).
