Fue una experiencia maravillosa usar Vima, la mejor que he tenido con una compañía de alquiler de coches. El coche estaba perfecto y era relativamente nuevo. Nos recibió en la zona designada un excelente anfitrión que nos explicó todo rápidamente y completó el papeleo sin ningún problema. Todo se hizo en pocos minutos, sin que intentaran vendernos extras. El hecho de que el vehículo estuviera esperándonos en el aparcamiento del aeropuerto y no tuviéramos que coger un autobús de enlace fue una gran ventaja. Devolver el coche fue igual de fácil. Recomendaría Vima a todo el mundo que vuele a Mallorca; de nuevo, la mejor experiencia de alquiler de coches que he tenido.

It was a wonderful experience to use Vima, best ever one with a car rental company. The car was perfect and relatively new. We were met at the area designated by an excellent host who quickly explained everything and completed paperwork with no hassle. All done in a few minutes with no extras trying to be sold. The fact that vehicle was in airport carpark waiting and didn’t have to get a shuttle was a massive bonus. Bringing the car back was just as easy. I would recommend using Vima to everyone flying into Mallorca and again the best car rental experience I have ever had

I highly recommend this car rental company in Mallorca. The prices are adequate, cheaper than international car rental companies, with full insurance. Everything is explained in detail, where to pick up the car, leave it, etc.

¡Todo salió de maravilla! Lo único es que al principio nos costó un poco encontrar el aparcamiento. No había indicaciones en el aeropuerto. Por lo demás, todo fue genial y sin duda volveríamos a alquilar un coche con VIMA.

Everything went well! The only thing was that it was a little difficult to find the parking lot at first. There were no directions at the airport. Otherwise, everything was great and we would gladly rent a car from VIMA again.

Hassle free experience and would highly recommend. Rented for 6 days in Sep 2026 to tour around the island. We got a Seat Ibiza that was clean and fun to drive. We spent time in the Soller/Deia and Sant Jordi / Cala d’Or areas and certainly reco a smaller car like this to navigate the tight roads. While they aren’t located inside the terminal with the other major brands, it’s a short walk to pick up the car and was no issue. We got the extra insurance to avoid any hassles on return and seemed to work out fine. Would use them again if/when we return.

Efficient booking experience and super helpful staff when we needed to adapt the booking last minute. Equally efficient check-in and hand-over at the Vima stand at Parking G. Great quality car. Near new. Return at Parking G was even more efficient. Hand in key and ticket from the parking upon entrance and done. Would certainly do this again and highly recommend!

¡Así debería ser el alquiler de coches! Reservamos el coche online con antelación para los 10 días completos. Todo estaba perfectamente preparado. El coche estaba impecable, limpio y con menos de 10.000 km. La silla infantil ya estaba instalada. La chica del mostrador nos explicó cómo devolver el coche y, acto seguido, emprendimos nuestra aventura de casi 1.000 km en un Seat Arona súper elegante y muy bien equipado, incluyendo Apple CarPlay. ¡Seguid así! ¡Ya hemos reservado para nuestras próximas vacaciones en Mallorca! 👍🏻 ¡Muchos otros deberían aprender de vosotros! 👌🏻
