What impressed me the most was the speed and quality of customer communication. I had a few questions before and during the rental and every single time I received a response almost immediately. I honestly have never experienced such fast and efficient communication with a car rental company. It made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free.
We also specifically selected a Mercedes GLA when booking. Of course, as usual, the confirmation stated that we would receive this car or a similar vehicle from the same category. To our surprise, we actually received exactly the Mercedes GLA we had requested — not a similar model, but the exact car. That was a really nice touch and something that doesn't happen very often with rental companies.
We picked up the car late at night, so it was waiting for us at the parking lot. The instructions for collecting the car without meeting a member of staff in person were clear, simple and very easy to follow. Returning the car was just as quick and hassle-free.
Fortunately, we didn't have any accident or need roadside assistance during our stay, so I can't comment on that aspect from personal experience. However, based on the level of care, responsiveness and professionalism we received throughout the rental, I have no doubt that we would have received the same excellent support if we had needed it.
