The service was not bad at first, and the process of picking up the car was quick. However, the car was dirty inside, and it was also due for an oil change and routine maintenance when I received it. This raises serious concerns about how well the vehicles are maintained.
The biggest problem, however, was returning the car. Since my flight was at 9:50 a.m., I was asked to pay €29 to return the car before 8:00 a.m., according to their rules. I was clearly told that if I returned the car at 8:00 a.m. or slightly before, the €29 would be refunded.
I returned to the airport at around 8:10 a.m., handed the keys to their representative, and I am still waiting for my refund. I have sent several emails and followed up multiple times, but despite all my efforts, I have never received the €29 back.
Be very careful before renting from this company. If they cannot properly handle a simple €29 refund, imagine what the service could be like if you have a serious problem during your rental.
There are plenty of other car rental companies with much better customer service. Don’t risk your money or ruin your vacation over a few euros. I definitely would not rent from them again.

The process of picking up and dropping of the car was seamless. The man who I met to get the car was friendly and answered all my questions. I also needed to drop the car off an hour earlier than I had originally planned and they were accommodating to my change in plans. The car itself was beautiful and clean. I will definitely use them again if I return to Mallorca!!

This was probably the best experience I have had with a car rental. Contrary to other companies, the pick up was painless. No lines, no agents trying to upgrade your contract. Had a super nice representative who registered me within 5 minutes. With 2 kids this makes a world of difference. They provide video instructions to the meeting point which are really helpful. The car was great and the one I actually asked for. It was a little more expensive than the low cost ones upfront but completely worth it for the peace of mind and reliability. Such a pleasant experience! Will definitely be using them again!
