I would suggest VIMA better than other known big brands! Pick up and drop were smooth, no hidden costs.
Car was new and very clean. We had requested for kinder seats and those were pre installed while we received the car.
Instructions were clearly documented in the website regarding timings and locations
They had tracked our Flight number for current status so that the car is ready when we arrive and parking charges were less.
Overall Great Experience!

Have used the company twice for cars now. Always very good service. Videos are supplied to show you where to pick up and drop off the vehicles which is great. Really quick to get the vehicle once arrived too! My only quibble is I paid €35 extra for the week for GPS. There wasn’t any and we just linked our Google maps through CarPlay. I should have mentioned it at drop off but was in a rush. Would definitely use again and definitely recommend!

I had my reservations renting from a company I hadn’t heard of before, but Vima completely proved them wrong. This was the smoothest international car rental I’ve ever experienced. Everyone was helpful and kind, the car was great and the pickup and return process was seamless. I will continue to use them each time I return to Mallorca!
