Very friendly handover without any waiting or pressure to buy additional insurance. The gentleman was extremely helpful with a problem we encountered. The only thing that bothered me was having to pay an extra €15 per day, due to my age. My suggestion to this excellent company: refund this amount if the car is returned undamaged. The return was quick and hassle-free. I would definitely use them again (preferably without the age penalty).

Overall, my experience with Vima rental car was positive. Easy drop off and communication. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a larger sign and some directional signage at the airport. When there are people surrounding the representative, there is no way to see the small Vima sign, and since we were directed to the parking lot with car rental shuttles, I spent 15 minutes asking and looking for a shuttle. Your instructions should state very clearly that there is a company representative at the parking lot, and it might be helpful to take a photo of where this person sits. Other than that, I would book with Vima again.

Finding the way was difficult! However, if you ask the staff at nearby rental car companies, they will tell you right away.
I had trouble returning the car because the gate wouldn't open, but a staff member helped me immediately and resolved the issue. I had a fun tour of Mallorca at an affordable price!
